We operate the largest and most comprehensive air quality monitoring network in Australia, with more than 90 stations across the state providing hourly updated air quality readings to the web. Our research, data, information and knowledge are pivotal to helping the NSW Government achieve its objectives of improving air quality across NSW.

We provide the NSW Government’s daily air quality forecast needed by the Government and communities to raise awareness about the prevailing air quality.

We provide the NSW Government’s flagship regional climate modelling (NARCliM) and assist stakeholders across the NSW, ACT and South Australian Governments, businesses and communities to understand climate change, climate risks and their potential impacts.
