AMOS Art Competition > 2011 School Art Competition

2011 School Art Competition

The atmosphere and the ocean have long been a source of inspiration for all kinds of artists. We invite you to be inspired by them, too!

You are invited to submit a painting, drawing, collage or other type of visual art on the theme of how the weather or the ocean affects people’s lives to the AMOS Art Competition.

This competition is open to all school students from grades 1 to 10 in Australia.

There are two entry categories:
• Primary school (Grades 1 to 6)
• Secondary school (Grades 7 to 10)

The winners of each category receive a cash prize of $50, and their schools receive a prize of books for the school library.

The 2011 Art Competition closed on Friday, 4 November 2011. Watch for details of the 2012 Art Competition!

Each entry must be accompanied by a completed AMOS Art Competition Entry Form and be submitted to the Administrative Officer either by:

  • email: admin_officer@amos.org.au
  • by post: AMOS, GPO Box 1289, Melbourne, Vic 3001
