Accommodation

Delegates will be responsible for booking their own accommodation unless they requested space in the on-campus housing available at Burton & Garran Hall through the online registration page by 1 December. Several options which are either on campus or close by are listed below and also shown on the map.

Please note that the deadlines for bookings at the group rates for University House and Burton & Garran Hall have now passed.

Burton & Garran Hall at the ANU

A group booking has been made for rooms at ANU's Burton & Garran Hall (see map). The tariff for a private, uncatered, single room with linen and shared bathroom facilities is $50 per night. One room must be booked per person. These rooms are available from Monday, 25 January 2010, to Saturday, 30 January 2010; accommodation is also available before and after these conference dates. Requests for these rooms (including arrival and departure dates) may only be made through the online registration page by 1 December and must be prepaid in full at the time of registration.

University House at the ANU

The deadline for bookings at the group rate for University House has now passed. Subject to availability, anyone interested in accommodation at University House may still be able to obtain a room at the standard rate.

A group accommodation booking has been arranged at University House, the on-campus hotel at the Australian National University (see map). Tariffs under the group accommodation booking are:

	Basic twin room	Queen superior room
Single occupancy	$125	$137
Double occupancy	$138	$147

• All rates include breakfast.
• Guests are to book directly with University House and will be required to secure all bookings with a credit card. To make a reservation or inquiry please email accommodation.unihouse@anu.edu.au, call +61 (0)2 6125 5276 or book online through their website.
• Guests need to mention "AMOS" when booking to secure these reduced rates.
• All bookings under the group rate must be made by 30 December 2009.
• Individual cancellations can be made up to the day prior to arrival at no charge.
• Any cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged one night's accommodation.
• Non-arrivals will also be charged for a full night's accommodation.
